FSL 설치

 FSL은 뇌영상처리에서 볼륨 분석을 할 때 많이 쓰이고, NIFTI나 ANALYZE 포맷 파일을 다룰 수 있는 툴이다. 

 나는 MINC 포맷을 많이 사용하여서 그런지 minctool이 익숙하지만... 보편적으로 사용되는 포맷이 NIFTI이기 때문에 대학원생 때 처럼 내가 사용하고 싶은 포맷만을 사용할 수는 없게 되었다. 

 

 어쨌든 설치!

 

1. FSL 사이트에 접속한다. Download/Install 클릭. 귀찮다면 https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation

 클릭.

 

 

2. 기본적인 사항들을 입력해주고 Register 버튼 클릭. 나는 Centos를 좋아한다(센밍아웃).

 

 

3. 최신 버전만을 올려놓는 것으로 보인다. Download FSL 6.0.1 클릭. 

 

 

4. fslinstaller.py 파일이 다운로드 된다. 다운로드된 경로로 이동한다.

installer를 실행해 보았으나... 파이썬이 설치되어 있지 않았다.

-bash: ./fslinstaller.py: /usr/bin/python: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

 

파이썬을 설치해준다. Centos를 좋아하지만 WSL에는 없었기 때문에 Ubuntu를 설치했다. 아쉽...

5. fslinstaller.py 파일을 실행하면 된다. 설치 default 경로는 /usr/local/fsl 이다. 경험에 따르면 메인 툴은 대부분 /usr/local 경로에 설치하는 것 같다.
